Was somewhat disappointed in this book as I thought it was for adult reading. Good book for the younger set.

I'd go lower than one star, but, that's as low as you can go. The story has very little mystery, stilted character development, and a particularly lame ending. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started reading this novel, then, as I progressed through the story I realized that this wasn't going to be one of those finds that often makes reading older books so rewarding. By the end I was just turning pages to get it finished. This isn't Nancy Drew or the Hardy Boys.

T'is a lovely story if you happen to be a thirteen year old girl. Very well written. I'm just an old man that prefers more substance.
Really good young adult reading. Easy to understand and good topic. Characters are well written. A believable storyline. These older writings are a great way to practice your reading skills at a young age.
